Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Revival Solar account (used for the Revival Solar Customer Portal website and mobile app) and the data associated with it.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

You can delete your own account from the portal website or the mobile app — you don’t need to contact us. It takes effect immediately.

1. Sign in to the Revival Solar Customer Portal, in your browser or in the app.
2. Tap Account in the top navigation.
3. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete my account.

Can’t sign in?

Email Help@SolarRevival.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” So we can verify the request is really you, please send it from your account email. You can also call us at (541) 500-6260. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days of your request.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent. We remove:

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number, and service address.
• Every solar monitoring connection and the stored credentials for it.
• The production history, snapshots, and alert history for your connected system.
• Your support requests (“Report an Issue” messages).
• Any mobile push-notification tokens for your devices.
• Your sign-in identity, so you can no longer log in.

What we keep, and why

We retain billing and transaction records (such as invoices and subscription payment history) for as long as required by law for tax and accounting purposes, after which they are deleted. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Stripe retains payment records under its own policy. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and residual copies are purged within 90 days. We do not use any retained records for any other purpose.

What deletion does not do

Deleting your portal account cancels any paid portal plan immediately, with no prorated refund for the rest of the current billing period. It does not cancel a Care Plan, warranty, installation contract, or service agreement you hold with Revival Solar directly, and it does not delete your account with your solar manufacturer (Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla, and so on). Contact us or them separately for those.
